Paradox Gamers first event was held under banner of The FIFA BROS in Vadodara.Event was FIFA 17 PC Tournament.It started on 29th September and concluded on 1st October. Venue was Replay:it Cafe and Sports Bar.
This tournament had players of both console and PC. It was first tournament in India where console and PC players were competing on a single platform.
Participants were allowed to choose between DualShock 4,XBox 360,Logitech F310 controllers and a keyboard.
Particpants were provided a welcome drink and vouchers of PlayX.in.
Winner was awarded brand new FIFA 17 CD+INR 500 cash and the Runner-Up was awarded INR 1000 cash.
Event was co-powered by Lifetime Fitness,a leading gym in Vadodara and co-sponsored by PlayX and GameXS.

1. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED
Paradox Gamers will conduct each and every tournament under Indian regulation and laws in accordance with these Official Rules, unless otherwise indicated. By participating in a tournament each participant or player must agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules, the decisions of each and every Paradox Gamers staff/employee and the allowance to be contacted by any licensed Paradox Gamers staff member or agent by email, mail, Xbox Live or Playstation Network regarding the Tournament. If you do not agree with any of the following conditions, DO NOT participate in any Paradox Gamers operated tournament.
All Players in the tournaments must be at least 13 years old as of the date of registration. Children under the age of 13 are not eligible to win/receive any monetary value gift or prize. If requested by an India Governmental agency or staff member, winners must provide a copy of his/her government-issued photo ID with proof of age.
Any participant of the tournaments who decides to attend a live event and is a minor must follow the rules of their state within India.
Employees of Paradox Gamers and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parents, representatives, advertising, promotion and publicity agencies, sponsor entities and the immediate family members and persons living in the same household of each are not eligible.

2. Entry for Tournaments
There will be regular Tournaments at such times Paradox Gamers may designate in its sole discretion. Please see the Tournament Format, Game Types, Event Schedule, Prizes, Rules and Settings, Conduct Rules and Registration Rules documents for more information on each game title that is featured in the Tournament.
3. Entry for Qualifiers
Please see Rules and Settings, Competition Format and Schedule Qualifiers for each game title featured in the Tournament. Players will be required to fill out their Team Information.
Prizes are non-transferable and not exchangeable. In the case of unavailability of prize, Paradox Gamers reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All taxes, gratuities and unspecified expenses are the sole responsibility of winner. Winner assumes all liability for use of the prize. .
Any single person winning prize money though our site, will have tax deducted from their prize money. If any winner(s) cannot be contacted, is contacted and does not respond as directed within 10 days of attempted notification, refuses the prize within ten days of notification or is ineligible to accept the prize, prize may be forfeited or awarded to an alternate winner. Winner(s) may be required to provide a Valid ID/Proof of residence
4. Right to Use Player Name and Photograph
By entering this Tournament, each Player agrees to the posting and use of his or her name and/or photograph on Paradox Gamers and/or Paradox Gamers entities website and in any and all media in and in connection with promotion, publicity and advertising for this Tournament or other promotions by Paradox Gamers and Paradox Gamers Tournament Entities without any further attribution, notification or compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Paradox Gamers and Paradox Gamers’ Tournament Entities may film, record and/or take photographs during the Tournament, and may use the resulting footage, recordings or photographs for a range of purposes, including, without limitation, for marketing and promoting Paradox Gamers.
Tournament Entities and its products and services. By attending the Tournament, each Player authorizes Paradox Gamers and Paradox Gamers Tournament Entities to film, record and/or photograph his or her voice and likeness ("Image"), and also grants the irrevocable right to use any footage, recordings or photographs of him or her recorded or taken during the Tournament, or any reproduction or modification thereof (collectively, the "Recordings") in any manner and medium throughout the world an unlimited number of times in perpetuity for advertising, trade, promotion, exhibition or any other lawful purpose except where prohibited by law. By attending the Tournament, except where prohibited by law each Player further waives any right of inspection or approval of the uses to which Paradox Gamers may put the Recordings, and releases Paradox Gamers from any and all claims arising out of or in connection with the Recordings, the Player's Image or Paradox Gamers' use thereof.
5. Release
By participating, each Player and winner waives any and all claims of liability against Paradox Gamers, it's parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, and related companies, its sponsors, advertising and promotion agencies and partners, and any of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents , from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost or expense, including without limitation property damages, personal injury and/or death, arising out of participation in the Tournament or the acceptance, use or misuse of the prize. If any part of these Official Rules shall be held or declared to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be ineffective but shall not affect any other part of these Official Rules and the invalid portion of any provision shall be deemed modified to the least degree necessary to remedy such invalidity while retaining the original intent of the parties.
The failure of Paradox Gamers to partially or fully exercise any rights or the waiver by Paradox Gamers of any breach of these Official Rules by Player, shall not prevent a subsequent exercise of such right by Paradox Gamers or be deemed a waiver by Paradox Gamers of any subsequent breach by Player of the same or any other term of these Official Rules. The rights and remedies of Paradox Gamers under these Official Rules and the exercise of any right or remedy shall not limit a right to exercise any other right or remedy hereunder.
6. Conditions
Paradox Gamers is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by users of the Paradox Gamers Sites or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized on the Paradox Gamers Sites or in the Tournament or by any technical or human error, which may occur in the processing of registrations, entries into the Tournament or otherwise in connection with the Tournament including, without limitation, any technical limitation or other event that results in the disqualification or loss of ranking status of any participant in the Tournament.
Paradox Gamers assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, or communications line failure relating to the Paradox Gamers sites or the Tournament, or for any theft or destruction of or unauthorized access to or alteration of, any registration materials or entries.
Paradox Gamers is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone, network, satellite, cable or lines, computer, on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail, registrations or entry submissions on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or combination thereof in connection with the Paradox Gamers Sites or the Tournament, including, without limitation, any technical limitation or other event that results in the disqualification or loss of ranking status of any Player in any game.
Paradox Gamers is not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating, downloading or uploading materials from the Paradox Gamers Sites or in connection with the Tournament. Any use of robotic, automatic, micro, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods, and disqualify any person using such methods. If, for any reason, the Tournament, in Paradox Gamers’s sole opinion, is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, worms, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Paradox Gamers which, in the Paradox Gamers’s sole judgment, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Tournament, Paradox Gamers reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Tournament and proceed in such a manner as may be deemed fair and equitable by Paradox Gamers in its sole discretion.

By participating in the Tournament, Players agree to be bound by the decisions of Paradox Gamers and Tournament Admins. All decisions of the Tournament organizers or of their representatives regarding the Tournament are final and without appeal. Players must conduct themselves in a reasonable manner, maintaining a friendly and polite demeanor to competitors, the Tournament officials, and to other Players of the Tournament.
Players who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the Tournament,or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified. Unsportsmanlike, disruptive, annoying, harassing or threatening behavior is prohibited. Paradox Gamers will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules or the Online Tournament and Paradox Gamers’ decisions concerning such disputes shall be final. If the conduct or outcome of the Tournament is affected by human error, any mechanical malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional interference or any event beyond the control of Paradox Gamers, the Company reserves the right to terminate this Tournament, or make such other decisions regarding the outcome as Paradox Gamers deems appropriate. Paradox Gamers reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the registration or entry process or the operation of the Paradox Gamers Sites or the Tournament, acting in violation of these Official Rules, to be hacking, or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, or to have provided any false or misleading information as part of the registration process including, without limitation, any false names, addresses or e-mail addresses. All decisions will be made by Paradox Gamers and are final.
ANY ATTEMPT BY A PLAYER OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY CIRCUMVENT, DISRUPT OR DAMAGE ORDINARY AND NORMAL OPERATION OF Paradox Gamers SITES, OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE Paradox Gamers SITES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, Paradox Gamers RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PLAYER TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
8. Miscellaneous
If for any reason, the Tournament, in Paradox Gamers's sole opinion, is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, worms, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Paradox Gamers which, in the Paradox Gamers' sole judgment, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Tournament, Paradox Gamers reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Tournament and proceed in such a manner as may be deemed fair and equitable by Paradox Gamers in its sole discretion.
9. Arbitration and Governing Law
Any controversy, claim or dispute arising out of or relating to the Tournament shall be settled by arbitration in India.
11. Use of Data
Paradox Gamers will be collecting personal data about Players , in accordance with applicable laws and its privacy policy. By participating in Tournament, Players hereby agree to Paradox Gamers's collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Paradox Gamers' privacy policy.
11. Sponsor
The tournament administrator and judge for this Tournament is Paradox Gamers and all staff and associates in association with the company. All partners and or associates do not have the right to deem fraudulent activities or accusations against any and or all company partners. The rights to the partners lie in hands of only Paradox Gamers management staff.
